Vote for Mr Howard on the basis of Trial & Error?
Dear Sir,
Mr Howard says he was wrong to support going to war with Iraq.
He says he made a mistake when he supported the introduction of the Poll Tax.
He says he is sorry for supporting Section 28 concerning homosexuality.
He supports putting back the nutritional standard for school meals which his Government removed.
He proposes a criminal law of trespass to solve the problem of illegal gypsy sites caused by the removal, by his Government, of council authority to provide legal ones.
He wants Headteachers alone to have the right to expel pupils, so presumably his Government was wrong to set up the Governor panels which currently decide these matters.
So are we to vote for Mr Howard on the basis of trial and error?
Yours sincerely
